About Grant Gunderson
From towering Swiss peaks and the deep culture of Japow to his Mt Baker home turf, Grant Gunderson’s iconic images have captured the pure action and true essence of skiing, biking, travel and adventure. A founding editor of The Ski Journal, Grant served as the publication’s photo editor for six years. He’s shot for nearly every major ski, bike and outdoor publication globally including National Geographic Adventure, Outside, ESPN, Skiing, and Powder Magazine, where he served as senior photographer for over a decade.
One of the industry’s most dedicated and passionate photographers, Grant prides himself on documenting mountain culture and mountain lifestyle in addition to capturing the action. His work has landed on more than 200 magazine covers and hangs framed on the walls of hundreds of ski houses and mountain cabins. When he’s not circling the globe in search of deep snow, perfect dirt or good light, you will find him lapping his local Galbraith Mountain trails, tinkering in his shop or teaching his son how to stick the landing.
Just a quick note that the print arrived and it is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. That metallic paper really brings out the details. Anyhow, again, profuse thanks!!!!
Grant - I received my print of "Zack Giffin, Paul Kimbraugh, Matt Steinman ski touring out the Shuksan Arm." It's spectacular. And thanks for the speedy shipping - It arrived within two days of my order!
The prints arrived and are even more stunning than I had imagined. Thank you!
It looks amazing! Thanks, my husband loved it (our first "date" was skiing up Shuksan :o)
Just a quick note to let you know the print arrived safe and sound in Japan and looks fantastic. So good in fact that I’d like to make a much bigger order for multiple prints.
